Introduction:
Viki and Martti were close friends for years before KGB was born. Both guys always dreamed of owning a company. But to get it started individually, it is almost impossible. So joining together as a team / bike company was a natural decision, as it could have been. Kuoppa Gomez Bikes – KGB was born in Malaga, Spain!
Our history in a nutshell:
The very first product that the company came out with was the Psychonnecta frame and Sarvet handlebars. Psychonnecta was a break through design in the new school market of flatland. The design of the frame shortly received recognitions from many companies, which just proved the genuine of KGB design. This motivated the guys to explore further with their design capabilities.
KGB Today:
Many things have changed for both Viki and Martti. Especially in the way they are running the company. With an entire new team taking care of the production, quality control and delivery in Taiwan. We are ready to experience great system and better things rolling out. Viki and Martti also took time out to figure how to personally broadcast their videos online. Which means, everyone around the world will get to see what is going on in their riding on a higher frequencies. It is definitely a better solution then to wait for a year for a DVD to be released.
In 2007, an entire new line of product will be launched. All previous products have been redesigned or completely demolished and replaced with a totally new innovation. The market will be stoked on the amount of imagination they have put into them! Soon you will see….
Lately, the guys have been traveling A LOT!!! Visiting different places around the world, introducing and promoting flatland to people who has never seen it before – with the help of Redbull. The guys have reached the next step of running a company and still riding harder than ever. Yet, enjoying every minute, every seconds of it. Recalling back to the start of KGB, when some people said to them, “You guys won’t even have time to think about riding when you run a company etc… blah blah blah)”.
Hence, Viki and Martti want to thank you, for all the support and understanding, and for pushing them to the next level!! You will not be disappointed! Thanks again.
KGB in the Future:
As we all know, no mother’s son in the world could predict the future with perfect accuracy. If you spend too much time thinking about it, you’ll never get it done. More things would be achieved, if fewer things were regarded as impossible. In KGB, we set goal. A goal always motivates us to progress further. The further we progress, the nearer to reach it.
The priority of the company directors is to dream of new tricks and trip every day. At the same time, they are to create new product with new innovation. The directors will prove to the world, how two flatlanders had so strong belief on what they were doing and nothing could stop them on the way to make their dreams come true…
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm!
